Our statement on resubmitting our application to the Office of Rail and Road (ORR)
Wrexham, Shropshire & Midlands Railway (WSMR) is a proposed new open access operator.
Our aim is to provide new connectivity between the North Wales, the Midlands and London. Developed to offer passengers choice and new connectivity which is in the ‘spirt’ of Open Access’ original intent.
